Welcome to Lux Choice. By using our website and concierge services for luxury apartment selection, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Conditions

By accessing this website or engaging our apartment sourcing services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Consultations and Engagement

Initial consultations can be booked online or via phone. To engage us for property recommendations, private viewings, or full concierge support, a formal service agreement must be signed. Services are provided in accordance with the scope and conditions outlined in that agreement.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are payable as set out in your service agreement. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other approved methods. Invoices are payable within the term specified. Late payments may result in delayed coordination of viewings or additional fees.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We strive to provide flexible scheduling and transparent fees. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please review the options below:

• Full Concierge & Premium Packages:
  Cancellations received more than 7 business days before the first scheduled service date will receive a 100% refund of any pre-paid fees.
  Cancellations between 3–7 business days before the service date will receive a 50% refund.
• Single Consultation & Shortlist Packages:
  Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule any service up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty, subject to availability.

If Lux Choice must cancel or materially change a scheduled service (due to force majeure, internal conflict, or other unforeseen issues), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative appointment at no extra cost.

5. Liability

We perform our services with professional care and diligence. However, Lux Choice shall not be liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or delays resulting from third-party factors, including property owner availability or market fluctuations.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your data or preferences without explicit consent, except where required by law or regulatory authority.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, listings, reports, and content provided by Lux Choice remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or shared without prior written permission.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revisions will be posted here and become effective immediately upon publication.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site or services, you consent to such processing.
